Service 06 · Anyone whose Zap, scenario, workflow or integration stopped working

The Zap broke overnight. We fix it at a fixed price.

Leads stopped arriving, invoices stopped syncing, or the workflow turned itself off without saying why. The person who built it has moved on and the platform's support points you to a paid expert. Send us what broke. We look at it read-only, tell you the same day what it will take, and fix it for a fixed price.

What goes wrong today

The symptoms we hear on the first call. If two of these sound familiar, this is the right page.

  • The Zap, scenario or workflow stopped and nobody noticed for days.
  • It turned itself off after errors, with no alert to anyone.
  • A vendor changed its API or its authentication and the integration started failing.
  • It works most days but drops or duplicates records when volume spikes.

What we build

Each piece is built in your environment, on your accounts, and can be adopted on its own.

Read-only diagnosis

We read the run history, the error log and both systems' records to find where it broke and what was lost or duplicated while it was down. Nothing is changed until you approve.

Same-day quote

If it fits the fixed price, we say so the same day. If it needs a rebuild, we say that too, with a fixed price for the rebuild, and you decide.

The fix

Repaired in place on your account, with retries and rate-limit handling where the original had none. Records missed while it was down are listed for you, and re-sent once you approve.

Why it broke

A one-page note: the cause, what we changed, and what to watch. If it is likely to break again, we say so plainly.

What you receive

Delivered at handover. Managed support afterwards is optional and month to month.

  • The workflow working again on your account
  • A list of records missed or duplicated while it was down, re-sent or cleaned once you approve
  • A one-page note on the cause and the change
  • Optional: the connector watchdog, so the next break reaches you first

Proof

From production systems, described without client names. Numbers are rounded.

Rate-limit-aware clients

429 backoff, quota budgets per call and fallbacks, built and run in production.

Vendor API traps already mapped

Full-document replaces on write, silent 50-item paging, bulk endpoints that return empty while succeeding.

A four-minute reconcile loop

Signed-webhook deploys and uptime alerts to chat on a platform we built and run.

Our commitment

Written into every proposal.

The price in the proposal is the price you pay

Fixed prices are fixed. If the work turns out bigger than we scoped, that is our problem, not a change order.

Walk away by day 7

If the first week does not convince you, stop by day 7 and you owe nothing. Anything we built so far stays in your accounts.

You keep everything

Code, documentation and credentials live in your accounts from day one. No licence fee, no lock-in, managed support cancellable any month.

What does $950 cover?
One broken workflow or integration on Zapier, Make, n8n or a direct API connection: diagnosis, the fix, the list of records missed while it was down, and the note on why it broke. If the fix turns out to need a rebuild, we stop, tell you, and quote the rebuild separately. You never pay for a fix that did not work.
How fast is the quote?
The same business day when you send the run history or an invite to the workspace before 3 p.m. Eastern. Most fixes are done within two business days of approval.
What access do you need?
A collaborator seat on the workspace, or a screen share for a first look. Any API keys are created by you in your own account, read-only for the diagnosis.
Should we move off Zapier?
Usually not. Most broken workflows are fine on the platform they are on once the cause is fixed. When a workflow has outgrown a no-code tool (retries, volume, an audit trail), we will say so and quote a rebuild as code in your own cloud account.
