Privacy
Short version: this site does not run advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and the only personal data it collects is what you type into the assessment form so we can reply to you.
What we collect
Assessment form. Your name, work email, company and the answers you give about your systems and goals. We also record the time of the request, your IP address and browser type to filter spam. This is stored in a database on Cloudflare and emailed to us. We use it to prepare for and follow up on your assessment, and for nothing else. We never ask for passwords or API keys, and you should never enter them.
Server logs. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, keeps standard request logs (IP address, URL, user agent) for a short period for security and operations.
Visit counts. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and load times. It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and does not fingerprint your browser.
Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We may self-host the fonts in future.
Email. If you write to hello@tightlywired.com, your message is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox.
What we do not do
- No advertising or analytics cookies, no pixels, no fingerprinting.
- No selling or sharing of your details with anyone.
- No marketing emails unless you asked for them.
Client data during engagements
Work on your systems happens in your environment, with credentials you create in your own secrets manager. We do not copy your customer data to our systems, and AI processing can run entirely on your own hardware. Specifics are written into each scope.

Email hello@tightlywired.com to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We answer within a few business days.
