API integration and workflow automation
Most integration failures are not technical. They come from writing to a live system before anyone has mapped what is already there. We start read-only, build the mapping between systems, prove it on a dry run, and only then turn on writes, one direction at a time.
What goes wrong today
The symptoms we hear on the first call. If two of these sound familiar, this is the right page.
- The same add, move, change or disconnect is keyed into three systems by three people, and they drift.
- A project board (monday.com, Smartsheet) and a SharePoint workbook are both 'the source of truth'.
- Mass emails to customers have to go through the helpdesk so SPF and DKIM pass, but nobody has wired it up.
- Compliance wants an audit trail for every automated change and there isn't one.
What we build
Each piece is built in your environment, on your accounts, and can be adopted on its own.
Read-only discovery
We pull from every system with read-only credentials and produce a mapping: which record in system A is which record in system B, and where they disagree today.
External-ID mapping
Each record gets a stable cross-system identifier so syncs survive renames and re-imports.
Dual-write sync
Adds, moves, changes and deletes flow in the direction you choose, with a dry-run mode, a snapshot before every write and a rollback manifest.
Workflow automation
Readiness rules on project boards (dispatch scheduled, tracking number present, porting conflicts) that trigger nudges a set number of days before go-live, go-live forecasts, daily per-rep work plans.
Microsoft 365 and Google
Graph API with app-only auth and Sites.Selected, SharePoint workbook polling (down to cell fill colours as status), 429 handling, Sheets reports with drill-down links.
Audit log
Every automated action is logged with who, what, when and the before and after values, designed to satisfy a SOX review.
What you receive
Delivered at handover. Managed support afterwards is optional and month to month.
- Written integration design with the data mapping and the write rules
- The sync or automation running in your environment, with monitoring
- Audit log and rollback tooling
- Documentation, runbooks and source code
Proof
From production systems, described without client names. Numbers are rounded.
Install-readiness rules on monday.com with go-live forecasts and a 12-stage escalation.
Read-only audit, external-ID mapping, then dual-write, with every change logged.
On a platform we run ourselves, deployed by signed webhook with a four-minute reconcile loop.
