How we work with your systems

Your provisioning, billing and helpdesk platforms carry live customers. We treat them that way. Every engagement follows the same four steps and the same six controls, whether it is a two-week audit or a two-month build.

Engagement model

Most engagements reach production in two to four weeks. Audits finish in one to two.

Assessment

A 30-minute call on one process that costs your team hours each week. You leave with an approach and an estimate, whether or not we work together.

Technical review

With read-only access we review your platforms' APIs and data, confirm what is possible, and send a written scope with a fixed price and a date.

Build and validation

Built in your environment, on your accounts. Validated with your team against your own data in a sandbox or dry-run before anything is written to production.

Handover

Documentation, runbooks, a test suite and source code delivered. Managed support ($600 to $750 a month) is optional and cancellable.

Controls on every engagement

These are not a menu. They apply every time.

Read-only first

Discovery and audits use read-only credentials. Write access is requested only for the systems a build changes, after the design is approved.

Reversible changes

Every write runs as a dry-run first, takes a snapshot of the records it will touch, and ships with a rollback manifest that can undo the run.

Your data stays yours

Builds run in your cloud account or on your servers. AI workloads can run entirely on your own hardware, so no ticket text or customer record leaves your network.

Credentials in your vault

You create keys in your own secrets manager, scoped to least privilege. We never ask for passwords by email or form, and keys are never stored in code.

A complete audit trail

Every automated action is logged with who, what, when and the before and after values. Designed to hold up under a SOX review or a customer audit.

You own the result

Source code, architecture documentation and runbooks are delivered with every project. There is no lock-in and no licence fee.

What a technical review looks like

The week between the call and the fixed-price scope.

  • API inventory. What each platform exposes, what its rate limits and paging quirks are, and which operations are safe to automate.
  • Data mapping. How a customer, seat, ticket or invoice in one system corresponds to the other, and where they disagree today.
  • Exceptions list. The cases the automation will refuse to handle and hand to a person instead. This list is usually the most valuable page in the scope.
  • Written scope. What is built, what is not, the price, the date, and what you need to provide.

Platforms we work with

  • Multi-tenant PBX platforms (Kazoo-based and other REST APIs)
  • Telecom billing platforms
  • Freshdesk and Zendesk
  • monday.com
  • Microsoft 365, Graph and SharePoint
  • Google Workspace and Google Sheets
  • Stripe
  • On-premise LLMs (Ollama) and cloud models
  • Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, SQLite
  • Cloudflare, Google Cloud Run, Linux servers

Managed support

After handover you can run the system yourself, or keep us on at $600 to $750 a month. We monitor the jobs, fix breaks when a vendor changes its API, and ship one small improvement a month. Month to month, cancel any time, and the code stays with you either way.
