What we build on monday.com
monday.com is a good place to track installs, onboardings and projects, and a poor place to find out, three days before go-live, that the dispatch was never scheduled. We read your boards through the GraphQL API, apply readiness rules, and push the result to the people who need to act, without changing how your team uses the boards.
What we build
Each piece runs in your own cloud account against the monday.com API. Adopt one or all of them.
Install readiness rules and nudges
Rules such as dispatch scheduled, tracking number present, equipment shipped, porting conflicts resolved, each keyed to a number of days before go-live. Owners get a nudge; a 12-stage momentum escalation covers items that keep slipping.
Go-live forecasts and board snapshots
Daily snapshots of every board so you can see what changed, forecast go-live dates from the stage history, and spot projects that have not moved in two weeks.
Data-quality flags
Missing site addresses, dates in the past, duplicate items, status columns that disagree with each other. Flagged in a daily list, not buried in a board.
Per-rep daily work plan
A workbook or email per rep each morning: what is due, what is blocked, what needs a customer call, ranked by go-live date.
Bulk pushes from other systems
New orders from provisioning, holds from billing, tickets from the helpdesk create and update board items with the right columns, so the board reflects reality without re-keying.
Sync with SharePoint and Sheets
Boards mirrored to a SharePoint workbook or Google Sheet for the people who live in Excel, both directions where it makes sense, with an audit log.
monday.com specifics we have already solved
The parts that cost a first-time integrator a week each.
Complexity budget on the API
monday.com's GraphQL API limits query complexity per minute. Snapshots page through items_page with cursors and ask only for the columns a rule needs.
Column values are JSON strings
Status, date, people and mirror columns each serialise differently. The rules engine normalises them once so a rule reads like a sentence.
Subitems and connected boards
Readiness often depends on subitems (devices, lines) or linked boards (customers). The snapshot walks those links so a rule can see the whole picture.
Proof
From production systems, described without client names. Numbers are rounded.
Monitored on monday.com with readiness rules and go-live forecasts.
Nudges that climb only when a project keeps slipping.
Generated every morning from the boards, no manual sweeps.
