One report across every location, from the systems you already run
Every location runs its own system, or the same system set up its own way, so the group report is a spreadsheet someone rebuilds every month from exports, PDFs and emails. The first week of every month goes to chasing the locations that haven't sent theirs. We read each system through its API or its export, put the numbers in one place, and send the reminders so nobody has to.
Sound familiar?
What we hear on the first call, in the words people use.
- The first week of every month goes to chasing locations for their reports.
- One location sends an Excel file, another a PDF scan, a third forgets until someone follows up.
- The group report is a Friday spreadsheet, so the numbers are always a week old.
- Billing for each location is set up by hand and nobody has checked it matches what each site actually has.
- Rolling out phones, users or devices to a new site takes weeks because every site is built by hand.
What we build
Built in your accounts, read-only first. Each piece can be adopted on its own.
One report across locations
Each location's system read through its API or export into one store, with every row keeping its source, so the group view is current and every number can be traced back.
Who still owes what
Locations that haven't sent their numbers get a reminder, then their regional lead. You get one list of who is late, not forty emails.
Billing checked location by location
What each location has against what it is billed, walked down the account tree, priced in dollars per month.
Site rollouts built the same way
An intake per site, validated, then built through the platform API in stages with a status page each site can follow.
What it looks like
Tumbleweave Fitness and Quillfeather Animal Hospitals is fictional. The method is the one we run in production.
Two fictional groups. Tumbleweave is a 200-location franchise whose billing tree is walked club by club to find what each club has but is not billed for. Quillfeather is a 12-clinic veterinary group that went from a 412-row intake spreadsheet to 340 live seats, with a status page per clinic.
Walkthrough: finding the billing gap nobody could see
A fictional 200-location fitness franchise: both sides pulled read-only, the account tree walked club by club, every gap priced. Demo data only.

From production systems, described without client names. Numbers are rounded.
Install-readiness rules with go-live forecasts and a 12-stage escalation.
A multi-site build verified clean on read-back.
Billing checked seat by seat, location by location.
What we do not do. We have not built connectors into dental or veterinary practice-management systems before. Where a system has an API or a reliable export we can read it; the assessment confirms which.
Our commitment
Written into every proposal.
The price in the proposal is the price you pay
Fixed prices are fixed. If the work turns out bigger than we scoped, that is our problem, not a change order.
Walk away by day 7
If the first week does not convince you, stop by day 7 and you owe nothing. Anything we built so far stays in your accounts.
You keep everything
Code, documentation and credentials live in your accounts from day one. No licence fee, no lock-in, managed support cancellable any month.
