Commission statements, any format, matched against the book

Every carrier sends its statement in its own format: some as spreadsheets, some as PDFs, some only behind a portal login. Someone matches them against the book by hand every month, and the underpayments that slip through are never recovered. We read each carrier's statement, match every line to the policy it belongs to, and list what was paid short or not paid at all.

Sound familiar?

What we hear on the first call, in the words people use.

  • Every carrier has its own login and its own report format.
  • Commission statements arrive as PDFs and get re-typed into a spreadsheet.
  • Underpayments and missed renewals are found months later, if at all.
  • Producer splits are checked by hand every month.

What we build

Built in your accounts, read-only first. Each piece can be adopted on its own.

Statements read in any format

Spreadsheets read directly; PDF statements parsed, with a local model filling the gaps and a review step for anything uncertain.

Billing reconciliation: $2,400

Matched against the book

Every statement line matched to its policy, with expected commission calculated from your rates and the difference priced.

What it looks like

Thistlemark Insurance Group is fictional. The method is the one we run in production.

A fictional independent agency. A month of statements from its carriers, half of them PDFs, are read and matched against the book; the result is one list of short payments and missing renewal commissions, each with the statement line and the policy behind it.

Proof

From production systems, described without client names. Numbers are rounded.

PDF contracts parsed with a local model

A parser with a review gate, running on the company's own hardware.

Seat-by-seat matching with learned corrections

Corrections you make once are remembered for the next run.

Audits from hours to minutes

Two to four hours per account down to under five minutes.

What we do not do. We do not connect to agency management systems that require partner credentials. The match works from the exports and statements your agency already has.

Our commitment

Written into every proposal.

The price in the proposal is the price you pay

Fixed prices are fixed. If the work turns out bigger than we scoped, that is our problem, not a change order.

Walk away by day 7

If the first week does not convince you, stop by day 7 and you owe nothing. Anything we built so far stays in your accounts.

You keep everything

Code, documentation and credentials live in your accounts from day one. No licence fee, no lock-in, managed support cancellable any month.

Questions

How we handle access and data is on the security page. Anything else, write to hello@tightlywired.com.

Do you connect to our agency management system?
Only where your agency already has API access. Otherwise we work from its export of your book of business, which every system offers.
What about carriers that only have a portal?
You download the statement as you do today; the match reads it from there.
